Terms of Service Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to ZupCore Financial Tracker ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by this Terms of Service Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or system notification. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

ZupCore provides data tracking, aggregation, and mathematical projections for informational purposes only. We are not licensed financial advisors, accountants, or legal professionals. Nothing on this platform should be construed as financial advice or an endorsement of any particular investment strategy.

Users are solely responsible for their financial decisions. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified professional before making significant financial commitments. ZupCore does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data or market projections.

3. Account Security

To use most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete current information.
  • Maintain the security of your password and sessions.
  • Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) as per our security protocol.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium.
  • Using any automated system (robots, spiders, or scrapers) to access the Service.
  • Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity, or security.
  • Recording data that belongs to another person without explicit authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ZupCore and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ZUPCORE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or request account deletion via the "Profile Settings" page.
